Thanks anonymous - for the hookups. My interest rate is now way lower than all of my friends'. I can finally win the complicated and extremely competitive real estate collection contest we've been having for the last three weeks. my friend Phoenix from across the hall, (Dr. Phoenix Winger to be correct) had a strong lead after purchasing the Rolling Bluffs Country Club and Fitness Center. None of us thought we would be able to close in on a 100 acre gap. Luckily for me, I was able to buy the Greater Springfield Colliseum and it's surrounding parking lot. Although the acreage does not compare to the RBCC, the design of the structure and the cubic footage within said structure - along with the 10 acres of pavement pushes me into the lead. Thank god I added the "mass rule" to section five of the game rules. Poor old Phoenix never saw it coming. Maybe next time old chum, maybe next time... At least he improved his golf swing.
